We currently ship orders across the U.S. and Puerto Rico via standard delivery. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–4 business days for processing and packing. After that, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Gato gear. If something’s not right, you can return or exchange any unused item within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.

To start a return or exchange, email us at gatoskatesurf@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or swap. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

* We currently do not accept returns on final sale items.
